6AM	'ROUND THE HAYSTACK - Agriculture, 1 hr. The children of migrant laborers are taught how to safely play in, on and around very large stacks of hay. Not just coincidentally, demonstrations of the treatment of various types of dangerous grain-based spider bites are also provided.

9AM	LASSIE - Drama, 30 min. Lassie runs away. Oh, wait. I see. Lassie is in heat and disappears for a week.

	AFTERNOON

4:30	POPEYE - Cartoons, 30 min. Popeye's paternal namesake makes a brief appearance in this early animation. Daddy Popeye also falls for Olive Oyl and a father-son spinach-eating competition ensues.

	EVENING

8PM	DRAGNET - Drama, 30 min. Friday and Gannon are handed the "case of the missing homing pigeon flock", much to their displeasure. Friday tries to hand off his portion of the investigation to a junior officer but Gannon intervenes with the threat of exposing Friday's two-donut-shops-a-day indulgence.

9:30	STAR TREK - Drama, 1 hr. Spock is stricken with a previously-unknown form of bronchial disorder, causing him to cough almost nonstop. Bones tries several remedies unsuccessfully. Finally, Kirk decides to beam Spock to the doc-in-the-box on Titus-58 but misstates the location of a decimal point in one of its coordinates to Scotty leaving Spock, instead, irrevocably dispersed in the ether.

10:30	SHEEP SHEARING FINALS - Sports, 30 min. Big Bubba Simpkins is challenged by newcomer, Smedley Hott, in the semi-finals of the Idaho Falls State Fair British Milk Sheep wool-gathering competition. Hott has caused a stir by publically accusing Simpkins of being "too country and stupid to recognize good Rambouillet wool if it up and bit him".

11:30	STAR TREK - Drama, 1 hr. Sulu is stricken with a previously-unknown form of bronchial disorder, causing him to cough almost nonstop. Bones tries several remedies unsuccessfully. Finally, Kirk decides to beam Sulu to the doc-in-the-box on Reltin-11 but reverses the two most significant digits in one of its coordinates given to Scotty leaving Sulu, instead, irrevocably dispersed in the ether.
