"EWE and I"
- Movie, 2 hr.
B&W, 1962. Walter Brennan, Danny Thomas, Spanky,
Sylvester Stallone and Mr. Daniel Lumas as the sheep.
A poignant story about a man and his sheep. Gratuitous
profanity and obscure inside wool jokes.

"WOODPECKER HOLIDAY"
- Movie, 4 hr.
Color, 1970. Don Rickles, Don Adams, Don Ameche,
Donna Reed and Mr. Packwood, the virulent woodpecker.
A beach vacation turns into a Hitchcock movie when Steve
Smedley (Rickles) tries out his new "Omnibird" bird call. Tuned
especially to attract woodpeckers, it isn't long before trouble
errupts. Look for a cameo by Ed Sullivan and Topo Gigio.

"Ambition or Not"

FADE IN: RICARDO APARTMENT
LUCY
Hey Ethel, don't you think it's time we got ourselves educated
and found real jobs?
ETHEL
THEY BOTH BELLY LAUGH.
LUCY
No, I'm serious, Ethel. I mean, why don't we go out
and train to be, ah, oh, I don't know, ah, pharmacists or
something.
ETHEL
Pharmacists! We don't know squat about handing out
medicine.
LUCY
Of course we don't, now! That's why we need to get
trained on how to do it. Will you do it with me?
ETHEL
No. I'd rather just go from day to day, dealing with whatever life
gives me. I'm happy doing that. Really.
LUCY
Well, if you're happy being married to a man old enough to be
your grandfather whose only ambition is to relive his Vaudeville
days, then you just keep right on truckin'. I'm getting myself
some training so I can dispense medicine!
ETHEL
What's this facination with handing out medicine, anyway? Since
when have you like doing that?
LUCY
Since I found out that they rake in some pretty heavy cake doing it!
ETHEL
How heavy are we talking?
LUCY
Let's just say that you could not only visit that dress store around the
corner, you could own it!
ETHEL
Oh yeah? How long would that take?
LUCY
Oh, I'd say about 5 or 6 years.
ETHEL
Five or six years?! I thought you would say five or six
days. Forget it!
LUCY
ETHEL
Hey, I may be a loser, but I'm a content loser. That's got to be worth
something!
